Due to our involvement in the boys State B Basketball Tournaments, students will be dismissed at 12:00 on Thursday, March 18 after eating lunch here at school. Please make plans accordingly for your children.

Boys Basketball Regions

We are proud of our boys basketball team for winning the 5B Region basketball tournament and advancing to state. The boys tournament is March 18-20 in Aberdeen. JVCS plays Hitchcock/Tulare at 7:00 pm on Thursday. Go! Fight! Win!!

While still fired up from the boys' big win against Mitchell Christian last night to put them in the Boys State B Tournament, the school gathered for a send-off pep rally for the girls as they head to Watertown and the Girls State B Tournament! Go Vikings!!

Because of our involvement in the State B Girls Basketball Tournament, school will be dismissed at 12:00 on Thursday, March 11. All students will have lunch at school before being dismissed.

Boys BB Region Champ Game Tonight

The boys basketball team got the crowd fired up and ready to cheer at the big game tonight. The team, split into two, competed against each other for the best cheer. Team 2 won. The Vikings take on Mitchell Christian for the Region Championship at 7 pm at the Huron Arena.

Girls BB Team Heads to STATE!

We are proud of our Lady Vikings and wish them all the best in the state tournament. On Thursday, March 11 they play in first round action against Viborg at approximately 8:45 pm in Watertown. Go Lady Vikings!
