We recognize that some standards you are asked to abide by may not be in accordance with those followed in your personal life. However, behavior which indicates little desire to live in harmony with the standards set forth is sufficient reason for disciplinary action or dismissal.
 
Students, whether on or off campus, shall refrain from the possession or use of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, non-medical drugs, or other mind altering substances, profanity, pornography and sexual immorality (including pre-marital sex and homosexuality).
 
I realize that James Valley is a Christian school supported by prayers, tithes, and sacrificial gifts of God’s people. Due to my responsibilities before God and the community to maintain a good witness and testimony, I declare myself willing to abide by the standards of conduct set forth by JVCS faculty and board of education as set forth in the parent/student handbook. The willful breaking of the standards shall constitute a just cause for my dismissal from the school.
